The purpose of this organization is as follows:

To enhance the coordination of Huntsville area business professionals involved in or interested in working together towards equality in the workplace.

To provide a forum for strengthening relationships between the Huntsville business community and the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). To serve as a consultative and training resource for members.

To provide a forum for the exchange of ideas, experiences, and best practices in developing and implementing affirmative action and equal opportunity employment programs and initiatives.
